The South Jersey Cultural Alliance began in 1991, with the collaboration of seven cultural groups forming to encourage the active participation of residents and visitors in South Jersey's arts and cultural communities. A member service organization, SJCA has more than 100 members including professional theaters, museums, heritage agencies and educational groups, spanning 7 counties state-wide.
